If you went to McDonald's this past weekend here in Dauphin and bought a Big Mac or a Double Big Mac, you contributed to helping the people affected by the Fort McMurray wildfires.
Owner of McDonald's, Brady Johnson says that it was a successful weekend.
"It was fantastic. Friday, Saturday, Sunday all day we donated $1 from each of the Big Mac's and Double Big Mac's sold. So we sold 940 sandwiches so today we are donating $940."
