The Dauphin Regional Health Centre is now home to a pair of hysteroscopes, thanks to another generous donation by the Dauphin Hospital Foundation.
Hysteroscopes, a thin, surgical telescope that is able to display images of the inside of a uterus, is an important tool used to further advance women’s health in rural Manitoba.
Total cost for the two new pieces of equipment is $21,000.
