Health Canada is recalling Munchkin Latch Lightweight Pacifier and Clip sets.
The organization says the decorative colour disc may detach from the metal plate on the pacifier clip and pose a choking hazard to young children.
The pacifiers sold in the pack are NOT affected by the recall - just the clips.
The pacifier and clip sets were sold in Canada between July 2014 and February 2016.
Health Canada has received 10 reports of the clip detaching, but none of any injuries occurring as a result.
Parents are being advised to take the pacifiers away from children immediately, and return it for a refund or exchange.
