The first round of Brandon University courses being offered here in Dauphin have concluded.
The pilot project announced earlier this year offered at Assiniboine Community College Parkland Campus was to encourage more post secondary education from a local perspective.
Dauphin Co-ordinator with BU Barry Nadolny says things have been going well.
"Courses in the first term have gone very well, one of the good things about being at home and having support at home, and being a smaller campus is that we have not experience the same number of drop outs... we finished final exams last week, and right now we're just in preparation for term two which would start in early January."
BU through ACC plans to introduce a course titled Introduction to Canadian Literature beginning in the second semester.
