Snow has fallen, cold weather is here and so is the holiday season.
Beginning around 5:30 tonight, a number of Dauphin events will be taking place throughout the weekend including the annual tree lighting in CN Park, Moonlight Madness, and annual Parade of Lights.
Dauphin AG Society Vice-President, Jason Beyatte says they'll be putting on a display tomorrow.
"Seven o'clock, tomorrow night -- Saturday night -- the Dauphin Ag Society as a conclusion to our 125th Anniversary year will be will be celebrating with a big fire works display... fire works will be held at the Fairgrounds and we will have the grandstands open, if people want to come and sit in the grandstand or park their vehicles at the Fairgrounds they are more than welcome to do that."
Knights of Columbus member Rodney Juba says they're still looking for floats with a focus on law firms for the Parade of Lights.
"There are lots of room for entries, right now we're up to 57 and we're looking for a law firm to come into the parade... next year were going to set up a separate category for law offices."
