The Rural Municipality of Dauphin held a general meeting today where the ongoing Water Pipeline Project was discussed.
Reeve Dennis Forbes says the project is moving smoothly and crews have begun work. He added, "I've had a full week of construction behind them now... multi-miles of pipe are in the ground."
The Water Pipeline is committed to having easier access to fresh water in the rural Parkland. The mainline section of the distribution system is currently being installed with contractors finalizing individual connections.
