After getting plenty of negative feedback, the RM of Dauphin has decided to reverse a decision to limit people to one free bag of garbage per week at the Sifton landfill.
The response from residents over the proposed change was discussed at yesterday's council meeting, and ultimately council decided to stick to the two bags per week limit.
Reeve Dennis Forbes says they heard back from ratepayers and they listened.
