An explosion this morning at a maintenance building in Flin Flon has left one man injured.
Sargent for the Flin Flon Police Department, Mark Svaren, told CKDM that this morning they were called to Stittco Energy where the explosion happened.
Svaren says that the cause of the explosion is unknown, but the building has suffered extensive damage.
A 33 year old male was injured and was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Svaren adds the fire was quickly extinguished but levelled an out-building at the facility.
The explosion also damaged a power line near by.
The Fire Commisioner is on the way to investigate.
