CKDM would like to wish Cam Hallas the best in Thunder Bay!
Cam is leaving for CKPR, where he will be working as a reporter/editor.
News director Mark McAvoy said goodbye to Cam during today's noon newscast.
"I just wanted to have a chance to say thank you Cam for a little over two years of service, I believe. You know, we've been good friends and it's been a pleasure working with you-- great to see us both grow together, you know, it's been a lot of fun," said Mark.
Cam started working at CKDM in June of 2013.
He has been the long-time host of the morning news and noon ag show.
Cam says he's been a ball of emotion for the past two weeks.
"Trying to figure out the right thing to say at this moment is kind of hard for me, at the moment, but I really appreciate the opportunity that I was given here at CKDM," said Cam.
