Mary Murray of Neepawa is the latest local recipient of the King Charles III Coronation Medal.
Murray was recognized for her countless hours of volunteer work given to organizations like the Neepaw Legion, the Order of the Royal Purples and Elks, as well as the Beautiful Plains Horticultural Society.
She has also devoted countless hours to the creation of quilts for veterans, vulnerable children, and local organizations.
