A man serving time in Stoney Mountain for a home invasion and assault against a Rossburn senior in 2015 is testifying against his partner-in-crime.
Julian Johnston, 58 years old, is claiming this idea was his co-accused’s, Fabian Pendl.
He was unemployed and desperate to make money when Pendl suggested he knew a person in Rossburn with a ton of cash.
Johnston is currently serving a 58-month sentence for Break and Enter To Commit Robbery.
