The owner of the historic McKenzie Seeds building in Brandon, has failed to submit a remediation plan to the city.
The building's condition has deteriorated significantly and earlier this month a portion of the cornice broke off, prompting a block of 9th Street to be temporarily closed.
McKenzie Seeds opened in 1911 and operated out the location for more than 95 years before moving.
The city of Brandon is now considering legal options to settle the matter.
