The Dauphin Arts Fest had a successful event this year and is already planning for next year’s.
An open meeting is scheduled for Monday starting at 7:00 in the evening at the Watson Art Centre.
Martijn van Luijn, Co-Chair for the Dauphin Arts Fest, talks about the process the group is ready to take.
“After a very successful first year, we all took a necessary break and a hiatus and now that summer is over and the school year has started, it’s time to bring everybody together again and start making plans for this year,” explained van Luijn. “We really ended it leaving it sort of open. There are a few things we really liked and there are a few other things we want to improve. We were ready to gear up and make it another fantastic festival but we’re not quite sure yet what it’s going to look like and its depending on who wants to be involved.”
Anyone wishing to take part in this year’s event is welcome to attend the meeting.
