A mistrial was declared in the Saskatchewan animal abuse case against Walter Goba of Canora, SK.
Goba was charged with 7 animal cruelty related charges after his horses were seized in 2014 when a protection officer found them in distress.
The mistrial was declared because Goba’s current lawyer did not receive full disclosure of the evidence from his previous lawyer.
The trial has been adjourned until July 17, 2017.
