If you're interested in donating food for families this Christmas you can still do so.
The Dauphin & District Community Food Bank have been actively accepting donations all month, and encourage residents to continue donating after the holidays.
According to Robin Gambler who's the chair of the food bank, 2016 has been a good year and monetary donations are still coming in.
"Well we do accept donations anytime of the year, we were very fortunate we got out a lot of hampers -- 400 and some hampers went out -- again, Dauphin is awesome for donating... monetary donations are still coming in, our shelves are fully stocked it's just very nice to see."
The food bank is ran out of Parkland Crossing located on Whitmore Avenue West.
