Conditions in Mossey River are improving.
Since Wednesday the community has been under a state of emergency, after unformed ice and wind caused concern for potential flooding.
According to Head of Council Kate Basford the community is still under a state of emergency but they are managing the
"We're in a good situation right now, the water levels have dropped and of course the winds that were causing all this have dropped immensely, so right now we're doing well."
Basford also says there are no road cancellations in Mossey River.
