115 years for Firefighters Ball, and he's been to more than half of them.
A man who's been attending the firefighters ball in Dauphin for 61 years has been made an honorary firefighter.
Fire chief Cam Abrey brought Harry Anderson into the family at the Firefighters Ball on Saturday night.
Anderson says he didn't know he'd be getting an award.
"I did not expect anything when I came here tonight, I just came here to enjoy myself as I usually do."
Anderson says it's a great honour to receive an award from the fire department.
In addition to Anderson, Greg Acevedo was awarded Firefighter of the Year. Bruce Telfer and Ken Ushkowski were recognized for 30 years of service, while Gary Hollyoake was recognized for 40 years.
