It's sunny skies for the remainder of the week, with harvest moving forward in the Parkland.

The month of October caused many problems for farmers in the area as wet, damp and cloudy weather prolonged the seasonal harvest.

Local farmer and Mayor of Ste. Rose, Rob Brunel says there's not too much left but harvest is happening.

"There's not a lot of crop left out, but everybody seems to have a little bit left out and generally soybeans and some corn and maybe a little bit of canola here and there... harvest has been pretty much at a stand still throughout the month of October."

The forecast indicates sunny skies with temperatures ranging from 11 - 16 degrees for the entire week.
