Mark Hudson is the President of the Faculty Association, and says there are two main issues that need to be settled.
"The big two that we've been talking about a lot is the faculty's work load right now, and the way that we're evaluated and assessed."
Today is day four of the strike. And today, the striking University of Manitoba faculty members took their picket signs and message on a march, right to the steps of the administration building.
