Gilbert Plains and Grandview are getting an update on the economic outlook of their region.
An economic analysis has been done and Manitoba Agriculture will be presenting its findings on November 9th at the Grandview Kinsmen Community Centre.
Gilbert Plains economic development officer Julie Russell says they'd like to have as many residents as possible come to the event.
"So the report identifies economic strengths and weaknesses within the region... so the report will kind of touch on those types of things and also touch on some opportunities and priorities for the region."
The Municipalities of Gilbert Plains and Grandview partnered with Community Futures Parkland and Manitoba Agriculture in carrying out the Regional Economic Analysis Process.
