A Dauphin man and three others have now been charged by RCMP after a fight ensued at a wedding social in Lake Manitoba First Nation this past weekend.
RCMP say five men between the ages of 25 and 43, as well as a 47-year-old woman, were seriously injured and had to be transported to a Winnipeg hospital.
RCMP say various weapons were used, but no firearms were involved.
RCMP have charged, 22-year-old Marcus McLean of Dauphin with assault with a weapon x 2 and Possession of a Weapon for Dangerous Purpose.
31-year-old Hilda Molly Campbell, 36-year-old Waylon Paul, and 47-year-old Jeffery Sigurdson are all facing charges as well.
Counts include aggravated assault, assault with a weapon and assault causing bodily harm.
McLean has been released on recognizance.
