The investigation continues into a two-vehicle collision south of Ste Rose.

Just after 10:00am Tuesday morning RCMP responded to a two-vehicle collision on Highway 5 and Provincial Road 480.

A westbound pickup truck collided with a southbound minivan at the intersection. The 68-year-old male driver of the pickup truck, from Ste. Amelie, Manitoba, suffered non-life threatening injuries. The 42-year-old male driver of the minivan, from Brandon, suffered serious, but non-life threatening injuries. Both drivers were transported to Winnipeg hospital.

Alcohol and road conditions are not considered to be factors in the collision.

A RCMP Forensic Collision Reconstructionist attended the scene and is assisting with the ongoing investigation.
