An 18-year-old Winnipeg man is facing several charges following a fatal crash south of the city.
A 29-year-old woman from Winnipeg was killed Sunday morning when a car and a pickup truck collided on PTH 207 outside of Lorette.
The woman was the sole occupant of the car. The three people in the truck sustained non-life threatening injuries. Police say they have all received medical attention and are in stable condition.
According to RCMP, Colin Robert Simard is charged with criminal negligence causing death, impaired operation of a motor vehicle causing death, and more.
He remains in custody.
