A Brandon man is facing charges after allegedly breaking into a tenant's apartment and sexually assaulting her.
Brandon police say in a release that this had been going on from March 9th until June 6th, where the landlord would enter into the women's apartment and once inside, would go into her bedroom and fondle her.
The 37 year old man has been arrested and charged with six counts of break and enter and six counts of sexual assault.
He is expected to appear in court in August.
