Going on for it's third year, the Graffiti Removal team is getting ready to remove graffiti in town.
The team consists of the Dauphin Friendship Centre's green team and this year they have hired two students.
Dauphin Friendship Centre summer youth co-ordinator, Gwenan Guillas says, they have noticed a lot more graffiti around town this year
"We've been noticing it on residential buildings, just around in the neighbourhood which is unfortunate because that is where all the kids are walking by towards school, and that's not good for them to see the negative messages."
Guillas adds it's good for the community that this is around.
"I think it is important for people who are doing graffiti to know that there's members of the community who are going to work hard to get rid of it so everyone view our community in a positive way. And the Graffiti Removal team specifically has hired two students this year, so we are also offering employment for the youth in our community."
