He pleaded guilty but will not be going to jail.
Shayne Lavallee pleaded guilty in Dauphin Provincial Court on Tuesday after the RCMP were called to a Dauphin apartment building last January after it was reported that two men were fighting in a hallway.
The 31-year-old received a six-month conditional sentence, to be served in the community.
