The opposition Progressive Conservatives have announced their shadow cabinet, which includes several local MLAs.
Swan River MLA Rick Wowchuk will be the shadow minister for Natural Resources, while Riding Mountain MLA Greg Nesbitt will be the shadow minister for both Environment and Climate Change, as well as Efficiency Manitoba.
Interlake-Gimli MLA Derek Johnson will serve as shadow minister for Seniors and Long term care, while Agassiz MLA Jodie Byram will be the shadow minister for labour and immigration, as well as the Workers Compensation Board.
The announcement comes almost one week after the governing NDP announced their cabinet on October 18th.
