An annual initiative to help make sure Dauphin kids get enough presents during the holidays is back at the Dauphin Marketplace Mall.
The Angel Tree supports children in the Dauphin Friendship Centre and Dauphin and District Food Bank's Christmas Hamper program.
People can take angels off a Christmas tree at the Dauphin Marketplace Mall, which will give them the age and gender of a child to buy for.
But according to coordinator Robin Gambler, people don't have to take an angel.
"Our ages go from infant right up to 17, male and female. So they could even just buy the gift, if they don't want an angel they don't have to take an angel. What the angels are for are to put on your tree, just a reminder that you donated to the Christmas Hamper program."
The Angel Tree will be up at the mall until December 13.
Gambler says she always needs volunteers.
