The federal government is investing $8.8-million for infrastructure projects in Riding Mountain National Park.
The funding is going to a project to protect Clear Lake, townsite improvements in Wasagaming, rehabilitation of the park's operations centre, stormwater system replacement in Wasagaming, and a project to promote the recovery and discovery of the Aspen Parkland ecosystem.
The $8.8-million is in addition to funding announced last December for highway re-paving and campground improvements.
