The RM of Dauphin is performing seasonal maintenance on their Phase 1 Rural Water Line.
Taking place this month crews are flushing lines and exercising valves among other tasks.
Chief Administrative Officer Robin Wiebe wants to make sure those using the line are aware of the work being done.
“Because the line is quite new our residents might not be aware that regular maintenance is required. It’s good practice, and just simply there is not a problem with the line, people may be concerned with water supply, it might be gurgling in their tap, or that kind of thing.”
It’s expected to take till the end of the month to complete all the maintenance.
If you have long disruptions such as air bubbles or reduced water pressure that does not rectify itself the same day you are asked to call the RM office.
