City of Dauphin crews are beginning snow clearing in the Day 3 area this morning.
Day 3 should be completed this morning and then continue into the Day 2 area this afternoon and portions of Day 1 this evening.
The city asks everyone in those areas to remove their vehicles from the streets until crews have finished clearing away the snow.
