Help stock the shelves at the Dauphin Food Bank when you attend the Dauphin King’s Ukrainian Night game tomorrow at Credit Union Place.
Donations of non-perishable food items will be accepted.
Ryan Rauliuk, the organizer for Ukrainian Night, talks about why it is important to give to the food bank:
“T’is the season for the food bank shelves to be empty, so, right now, I’m imagining the shelves are quite bare. So, with Ukrainian night, we have done this in the past, where we wanted people to bring, but we didn’t emphasize it enough, and we’re kind of excited with the crowd we are getting, and we would like to encourage everybody.”
The game starts at 7:30 and the Kings will sport their new Ukrainian jerseys.
