Two CFB Shilo soldiers were reprimanded and fined in military court for an incident.
Both were charged with one count of drunkenness while deployed overseas in Ukraine, back in August.
Under the National Defence Act, charges related to drugs and alcohol can be issued when someone is unfit to serve while on duty.
Both were fined $750 each and could have faced time in prison.
