Teenage shooting victim, Calli Vanderaa, and her father were handcuffed today following Court.
The Court of Queen’s Bench acquitted Matthew McKay of all charges surrounding the shooting of Vanderaa with an RCMP officer’s stolen gun.
Unfortunately, all the witnesses to the crime were extremely intoxicated, and there were issues involved in the identifying of McKay.
Vanderaa’s father was handcuffed for his outburst to the ruling and she was handcuffed for filming the incident in the court house.
