Unused vehicles seemed to be sitting on properties throughout Dauphin.
The City of Dauphin has issued a Property Standards By-law in effect as of January 1.
City of Dauphin Assistant CAO, Sharla Griffiths, explains the next steps taken to enforce the by-law.
“We are encouraging people to contact the city regarding their unused vehicles. But for those who haven’t, there will be invoicing going out shortly.”
An inventory was done in 2017 on how many unused vehicles were sitting on properties and letters sent out.
