Media sources recently learned that Manitoba risks losing about 66-million dollars in funding if it doesn't soon endorse the federal government’s general climate plan.
Environment Canada confirms the province will lose the funds if they don’t accept the Pan-Canadian Framework on Clean Growth and Climate Change by February 28th.
Manitoba and Saskatchewan have refused to endorse the framework proposed.
