27-year-old Jordan Hart, from Minitonas, has been granted a new court date.
Hart is facing charges from a fatal single vehicle rollover last year where he was charged with Driving While Over .08 Causing Death and Impaired Driving Causing Death.
The investigation revealed that the vehicle lost control on a gravel road, struck a hydro pole, rolled and ejected four occupants and killing a 27-year-old Swan River man.
Hart’s court date has been rescheduled to November 6 in Swan River.
