Today is the final day of the season for the Gilbert Plains Farmers' Market.
There are lots of products ready to be bought from the local four vendors such as vegetables, honey, and pies. As it is the last day, there is a silent auction taking place. This season has been a success according to the coordinator for Gilbert Plains Farmers' Market, Isabel Winters.
“It’s been a very good year. We’ve had a lot of support, and we’ve done very well there.”
The final market starts at four this afternoon and finishes up at 6:30 at Heartland Lanes downtown Gilbert Plains
