Farmers and stakeholders will have the opportunity to implement change at Keystone Agricultural Producers.
The Manitoba government is asking Farmers and stakeholders to complete an online survey about potential changes to the funding model of KAP.
According to KAP President Dan Mazier, the process was long overdue.
"In Manitoba we have a specific act that refers right to Keystone Agricultural Producers, it's 33 years old and has not been updated since then so if you imagine 1986 it was before -- I think fax machines were just being used -- internet, it was before a lot of different things and email and that."
The government announced its plans to review the funding mechanism for the farm group in January.
The survey will be available online until March 9th at the provincial government's website.
