Teachers still have time to register for Professional Development Day in Grandview at the end of the month.
Professional Development Day was discussed Monday night at MVSD's Board of Trustee's meeting, which will take place in Grandview on February 27th.
Superintendent/CEO Donna Davidson says that Professional Development Day will cover a wide range of topics.
"We're looking forward to a great day, we have the morning where teachers will be focusing on ELA (English Language Arts) and curriculum for our K-8 teachers. They will also be looking at numeracy, and mathematics achievements grade profiles. They'll be looking at, that whole area of, where we are as a province in regards to numeracy. And possibly some strategies or some suggestions in how we plan to go forward."
Registration for Professional Development Day is due on Wednesday.
