A homicide is under investigation by Manitoba RCMP and Winnipeg's Major Crime Unit.
Police responded to an aggravated assault call in Little Grand Rapids on Wednesday afternoon.
Officers found a man severely injured outside a home. The 34-year-old was taken to a nursing station, where he died.
A woman has been arrested but no charges have been laid yet.
