A new legislative session is underway and the new government has outlined the course it's setting for Manitoba.
Premier Brian Pallister said today Manitoba is once again open for business.
Some of the priorities laid out in the speech include reforming how major Crown corporations are governed, developing a plan to act upon outstanding reports and recommendations regarding the child welfare system, developing a long-term literacy and numeracy strategy, and introducing a made-in-Manitoba carbon pricing and climate change plan.
