The deadline to apply for a grant program that funds Manitoba nonprofits, community improvement projects, and education scholarships is tonight at midnight.
The 2017 Manitoba Ag Days Gives Back community giving program awards up to $27,000 annually.
Ag Days media coordinator Andrea Guthrie says there are four main community improvement categories and the education and leadership category.

Last year's winners include the J.A. Cuddy Elementary School Community Greenspace Project, roof upgrades at the Manitoba Agricultural Museum, the Farm Safety Foundation's Grain Safety Program, Agriculture in the Classroom - Manitoba and Andrea Poirier. University of Manitoba students Harley Siemens and Fiona Jochum each received scholarships as well.
