A few Parkland groups are among 29 community organizations receiving tourism funding from the province.
Growth, Enterprise and Trade Minister Cliff Cullen announced today $297,000 for organizations through the 2016-17 Tourism Development Fund.
Among them are the Gilbert Plains Recreation Commission, receiving more than $8,200, the Riding Mountain Biosphere Reserve at over $6,200, Asessippi Parkland Tourism is to get more than $3,600, and more than $17,000 is going to Swan Valley RISE.
