A section of road by Dauphin's hospital is being blocked off today for construction on a new MRI suite.
3rd Street Southwest, between the Community Health Services Building entrance ramp and the Dauphin Regional Health Centre exit ramp, will be closed from noon to 5 today.
The ramps themselves will be fully functional and accessible.
