Mother Nature doesn't seem to want people driving past Portage to come to Dauphin.
CAO Brad Collett mentioned at last evening's city council meeting that a billboard promoting Dauphin on Highway 1 has again been damaged, this time by wind.
Collett says in a report the Portage billboard was competely destroyed in a recent storm, and another one sustained massive damage.
The Portage sign was replaced just last year, having been damaged in a storm in May 2015.
