Recycling numbers in Dauphin are down for September compared to last year but still above the three year average.
That was the update public works director Bill Brenner gave city council last night.
He says in a report September 2016 is down 6.5 per cent from September 2015, but overall to the end of September this year we've seen an increase of five per cent (compared to 2015).
Discussing the changeover to a new recycling system last night, Brenner said there were several glitches at first but things look to be on track now.
