New rolling recycling bins are heading to City of Dauphin residents.
CAO Brad Collett says the first load has left the shop.
"The 95 gallon rolling recycling containers arrived in Dauphin today and are going out as we speak. The first load went out just before lunchtime."
The new 95 gallon recycling bins should all be delivered by noon on Monday. Collett says if any residents don't have their new bins by then, contact City Hall.
