The summer may be coming to an end, but that's not stopping cyclists from biking in Riding Mountain National Park.
Beginning September 10th at 9 am, cyclists will be participating in the Riding Mountain Challenge raising funds for the MS Society of Canada.
Community Engagement Manager for the Parkland-Northman Chapter, Jaime Balak says Jaime Balak says a high number of cyclists have already registered.
She added, "We are in our 20th year of the Riding Mountain Challenge and we are excited that over 250 cyclists have registered so far... we have a goal of $150 thousand dollars to raise for the MS Society."
Funds raised during the event will go towards helping fund valuable programs, services, and research for Manitobans living with MS.
As of now, the organization has raised $54,651 dollars.
