RCMP are investigating a disturbance on Memorial Boulevard from this morning.
RCMP received reports around 7am that say a female assaulted a male at a residence, which prompted the male to retaliate.
They say the female left, and later returned with two other females and three males, who forced their way into the home and stole some items.
The resident suffered minor injuries.
Officers believe several of the suspects were under the influence of alcohol, that the assailants and victim know each other, and that the incident appears to have been targeted.
None of the assailants are said to have had firearms.
No arrests have been made at this time. The investigation is ongoing.
